The Center for Spiritual Living Kauaʻi invites you to join Jeannette Blum for a gentle, supportive yoga practice designed to nurture your health, strength, flexibility, and awakening.

🧘 Tuesday Mornings – Yoga Flow
9:00am – 10:00am
A balanced class including 30 minutes Vinyasa flow and 30 minutes Yin/restorative yoga

🪑 Tuesday Mornings – Chair Yoga
10:10am – 11:00am

This is a wonderful opportunity to care for your body, mind, and heart. We move through gentle asanas guided by your breath.
✨ Everyone is welcome — including those with no yoga experience.

What to Bring:
• Water bottle
• Two towels
• Comfortable clothing

Yoga mats and chairs are provided.
