Join us for a gentle yet powerful two-day training to become a certified practitioner in Access Bars®, an energy modality designed to release stored thoughts, stress patterns, and limiting beliefs held within the mind and body.
Over the course of this immersive weekend, you will learn to activate 32 energy points on the head known as the “Bars.” Each point corresponds to different areas of life such as healing, creativity, awareness, control, aging, money, and joy.
When lightly touched, these points help discharge the electromagnetic charge of stored thoughts, emotions, and judgments. Many people experience this process as deeply calming — like meditation for the nervous system — creating space for greater clarity, ease, and possibility in life.
Throughout the training you will both give and receive Access Bars sessions, allowing you to fully embody the work while learning the technique.
Upon completion of the course, you will receive your Access Bars Practitioner Certification, allowing you to offer sessions professionally.
