Regular Day Retreat Rate: $1,750

The retreat will be held at a beautiful private home in Princeville on Kauaʻi’s North Shore.

If you have questions about whether this option is right for you, please reach out directly to Karen O’Connell, retreat co-host and Princeville resident. Karen is happy to answer questions about the retreat, location, or joining us as a day participant.

This immersive retreat is designed to help you release tension, improve alignment, move with greater ease, and feel fully alive again.

Led by Master Healer Kim Fitzgerald, you’ll learn practical Yamuna Body Rolling and alignment techniques that help reduce restrictions, support joint health, improve posture, and reconnect you with how your body is designed to function.

Alongside the movement work, Karen O’Connell will guide relaxed creative and nature-based experiences inspired by the beauty of Kauaʻi. Whether you are an experienced artist or simply curious, these sessions are designed to help you slow down, open up, and reconnect with your natural creativity.

Daily Retreat Rhythm

Each day is designed to offer a supportive balance of movement, learning, nourishment, creativity, island exploration, and rest.

Mornings begin slowly with tea, coffee, light nourishment, and gentle body-opening routines to help you wake up feeling refreshed and ready for the day.

From there, Kim will guide you through focused Yamuna Body Rolling, foot fitness, and experiential anatomy sessions designed to help you better understand your body and learn practical tools for long-term mobility, alignment, strength, and ease.

Afternoons offer spacious time to rest, explore the island, enjoy optional activities with Karen, or choose available add-on experiences. Evenings are a time to gather, enjoy nourishing meals, relax, and integrate the day before day participants return to their own accommodations.

Quick-Hit Foot Fitness

Because the feet are the foundation of the entire body, daily foot work is an essential part of this retreat. These simple practices support balance, vitality, longevity, and full-body alignment.

Experiential Anatomy & Body Problem-Solving

You’ll learn how to problem-solve and gain a greater understanding of your anatomy through a deeper teaching style focused on your body’s unique needs.

Each day builds progressively through the body, helping you learn how to support mobility, alignment, strength, and long-term well-being.

4-Day Teaching Focus

Day 1: Ankles, Knees & Connection to the Hips
Create balance through the lower body, lengthen the muscles of the legs, make space in the joints, and learn how to support foot, ankle, knee, and hip issues.

Day 2: Pelvis, Hips & Low Back
Explore how to stabilize the hips, align the pelvis, and support the spine. This session focuses on the hip flexors, deeper hip muscles, pelvic floor, glutes, and areas commonly connected to low-back and hip discomfort.

Day 3: The Spine
Learn how to support the lower, middle, and upper spine so your body can feel more aligned, flexible, and strong.

Day 4: Shoulders & Upper Body Freedom
Release movement restrictions, rebuild shoulder alignment, and learn how to support stronger, freer, more functional shoulders.
