I lived on Kauai for 8 years in the 90's and have been living in the S.F. Bay Area since 1999. When on Kauai I did bodywork and taught and performed belly dance. I still am active with expressive dance in California.
I facilitate my Dance of Discovery method in California; a format that has some facets similar to Authentic Movement, Body Tales, and Soul Motion. I am also happy to share this with even just one other person when I travel to the islands. All it takes is somebody else who enjoys witnessing another's unfolding story through movement, sound, spoken word, and poetic writing and who has a living room space for moving.
I manage an Airbnb house in the Oakland area that is near Berkeley and there is always an unlisted room to negotiate for friends who visit this area.
