Every last Sunday of the month
Storybook Theatre of Hawaii

THE SOUND OF SOUL
In these special events, all are welcomed as friends.
Every singing of HU is a sacred occasion using this ancient mantra.
It begins with an inspirational reading intended as a contemplation seed to take into your chant.
Following that you can experience for yourself the wonder of a 15 to 20 minute HU Chant. It ends with a short silent contemplation.
Next will be an open, relaxed, and authentic spiritual conversation.
Light refreshment will be included to enhance heart-to-heart connections. This is a chance to just be in Spirit and chat!
“In time, people everywhere will have the
chance to sing this age-old, universal name
for God. This is a new cycle in the spiritual
history of the human community.
It will all be due to HU.”
~ Harold Klemp
In our fast-paced world, are you looking to find more inner peace? Chanting this once-secret name for God, HU has helped people throughout time find inner peace and divine love. Maybe it will help you! All are welcome to this HU Song. If you are interested in that experience, visit this event.
You are warmly invited to join with people of all faiths in singing HU, an ancient, sacred Sound. This simple love song to God can attune you to the divine force or the Holy Spirit, and bring you inner peace, a feeling of divine love, and higher awareness.
You have the potential for greater happiness, love, and understanding. Singing HU can bring these to you—through the Light and Sound.
Throughout the ages, followers of many spiritual traditions have used prayer, the singing of holy words, and meditation to bring themselves closer to God. In the same way, those who have discovered HU sing it for their spiritual upliftment.
Regardless of your beliefs or religion, you can sing HU to become happier and more secure in God’s love.
Experience for yourself the uplifting and transforming powers of this universal Sound in this community event.
Sound can be used to uplift the spirit, and HU, a universal name for the divine, can help heal and bring a new perspective by shifting one’s point of view above the daily mental and emotional turmoil. Used by many faiths and cultures throughout history, it can lead to a more direct connection with the core of Soul and the spiritual essence that sustains life.
Join open-hearted people in this non-denominational non-directed experience with this transformative sound
YOU’RE INVITED! Bring a friend!
“HU is an ancient name for God. It’s a love song to God… It represents the love of God for Soul. And we are Soul. It represents the enormous love that the Creator has for ITS creation.”
~ Harold Klemp
“The Supreme Being has been called by various names in different languages, but the mystics have known Him as HU, the natural name, not-man-made, the only name of the Nameless, which all nature constantly proclaims.”
~ Hazrat Inayat Khan
“When one is united to the core of another, to speak of that is to breathe the name HU, empty of self and filled with love. As the saying goes, The pot drips what is in it. The saffron spice of connecting, laughter. The onion-smell of separation, crying. Others have many things and people they love. This is not the way of Friend and friend.”
“By filling our world with the creative sound of HU, the unknown name of God, we will become a channel for divine spirit. When used properly, uttered aloud or silently, the creative Soul will enable our Soul to ride the divine vibrations through all the realms of time and space to our own glorious destination.”
~ Paul Twitchell
