About Me

Rachel is passionate about empowering others to open the door to long-term, sustainable health found within the Paleo Lifestyle. Through her own health & dietary experiences, she discovered that she's happiest and healthiest when she eats the nutrient-dense, anti-inflammatory foods recommended in the Paleo Diet.

In order to assist others in their transition to the Paleo Diet, Rachel and her business partner, Kelly Andrews, DC, created a program designed to educate participants in the science behind the Paleo Lifestyle as well as real-life implementation strategies to embark on a one-month Paleo trial. Paleovation offers classes, consults and free, introductory information to help individuals experiment with the Paleo Diet & Lifestyle. Choosing Paleo deserves an ovation!
