Kauai’s North Shore Yoga Temple Vision…
The mission of Pineapple Yoga is to proliferate the teachings of traditional Ashtanga Yoga as taught by our guru, Sri K. Pattabhi Jois of the Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute (KPJAYI) in Mysore, India.
These teachings will be available to the public on the garden island of Kauai through classes (group and private settings), lectures, printed materials, recorded materials, information packs, book/dvd distribution and community gatherings.
Yoga is a 5000-year-old sustainable practice and philosophy serving mankind by supporting us to maintain balance and ease. It is not a religion!
