Ashtanga Yoga in the PARISH HOUSE in Kilauea

Classes are taught in the Traditional “Mysore Style” format as set out by Ashtanga Yoga Master Sri K. Pattabhi Jois at the Sri K. Pattabhi Jois Ashtanga Yoga Institute in Mysore, India.

LOCATION: The PARISH HOUSE of the Christ Memorial Church in Kilauea, Kauai, Hawaii, 2518 Kolo Road, across from Menehune Food Mart, North Shore

CLASS TIMES: Mon.-Sat. from 7:30—9:30am with rest days (no practice) on Sundays, Full Moon, and New Moon days.

HISTORIC NOTE: Pineapple Yoga classes take place in the PARISH HOUSE which was built long ago in 1925 as a Buddhist Church in the ‘Heart of Kilauea’ and is still serving the North Shore community in many ways today.
