Organic Farm seeks EXPERIENCED self motivated Field Manager- hands on time in the fields, rain or shine within a consistent weekly work schedule of up to 30hrs over a 4 day work week. Duties include knowledge of Hawaii’s seasonal crop rotations, soil remediation & biology, pest management & control, fruit & veggie harvest techniques & packaging, field & cell tray plantings, Bed preparation- by hand and/or by tractor(s), feedings, mulching, edging, weeding, cultivating, weekly marketing, delivery & sales, basic maintenance and cleanup.

Applicants must be physically fit; able to lift 50+#, have basic knowledge of the proper use of hand tools and small engine equipment, irrigation systems, some heavy machinery usage and have a reliable truck for transportation. Starting Wages/salary negotiable based on experience and level of expertise. Incentive packages available for the right person. Applicants must be drug & drama free, with excellent work ethic, positive attitude, along with a willingness to sweat, get dirty and get it done! References, background check and person to person interview required to secure position.
