Beautiful Bright Studio with Backyard available January 12

Aloha!
Our beautiful simple sweet home is available for rent on a month to month contract starting Jan 12. We are moving back to the mainland Jan 11.

It is partly furnished, and the furniture is optional if you have your own. It has a lovely lanai that wraps halfway around the house and a lovely backyard with jungle. It has a bathroom and tub, a small kitchen and refrigerator.
No W/D, No Oven (we use the toaster oven for pizza pies and the like), No Dishwasher.
All bills paid except Electricity, which has been a small bill. We are the bottom of a two story house, a nice family lives upstairs and takes care of our place. Amazing neighbors next door, lots of families around, in walking distance to Kapaa town and Kealia beach.
