ROOMS: 2 Unfurnished rooms except for ceiling fan, light, and closets. Use one as bedroom, other as living room or office or yoga space; whaterver you want.

BATHROOM: Full Private bathroom with shower, tub, and curtain. Connects and is in-between both rooms.

KITCHENETTE: Sectioned off in garage- very close to your living space.Plenty space, full-size fridge, microwave, double hotplate, sink, counter space, plenty of shelves for your stuff, bar table.

GARAGE: surf rack, space for your stuff, remote control, washer, line dry. We also have storage shed out back with some space for your stuff.

BACKYARD: Enclosed backyard- space to garden, etc.

LOCATION: Waimea, Keahi Place off of Waimea Canyon Rd. 3 min walk to bus stop, 5-10 min. walk to Waimea town grocery store, post office, bank, theater, restaurants, etc.

PRICE: Only $600 + 1/3 utilities average $65 per person/mo. Includes internet (not cable) sewer, water, electricity, etc.

US: We are professionals, surfers, married couple (we get along great, we chill, and aren’t in your space), reasonably quiet, flexible and easy,respectful, clean, energy and environmentally conscious. We have indoor/outdoor dog and cat who mostly reside with us upstairs.
